HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping cost may vary by items.


PROCESSING TIME

As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 2-3 business days, this includes production time since most of the products are made to order.

Estimated Delivery Time

As soon the order is processed, we will be sending tracking information to the email used during the purchase. It may take approximately 4-5 days delivery (5-7 days during the holiday).

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at support@captivatedgifts.com.

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE

For items received that are not as we described in our listing and Defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item asap.

All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.

If you provide the wrong address and your order is returned to us by the mail carrier, we will reship it to you. You will need to pay a shipping and handling fee to cover the costs of reshipping. If you choose not to have us reship the order, we will refund you minus the original shipping costs, priority processing and insurance.  There will a 20% restocking fee taken out as well.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

For non-defective items and items that are received in 100% condition, we charge a 30% restocking fee if the items are custom made items. We will send you a return label as soon as we receive your request and as soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund minus the 30% Restocking Fee.

All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.

Captivated Gifts has the right to refuse returns that passed the 30 days allowed time after delivery.
